For Combell, we made Employer Branding tangible through videos supported by advertising. The result: wide reach, high engagement, and costs well below market averages.

The challenge was to create a sustainable video format that was both reusable and authentic. At Combell, employer branding is about the people behind the brand, so the content had to be real, relatable and built to last.

Combell selected 16 colleagues and got extra support from founder Jonas Dhaenens, who made time to take part himself. His enthusiasm and story strengthened the mission behind the campaign.
In just two shoot days, employees from seven departments gave an inside look at life at Combell: their personal growth, team collaboration and the challenges they take on every day.
With this video project, created together with Punchline and Exstatic, Combell wanted to give its employer branding a strong boost. The focus was on our own people, who work hard behind the scenes to help customers succeed online. Punchline came up with the core idea, which we then developed further together. This project was a great extension of our ongoing collaboration, with Punchline leading our social media channels. The result is a series of fun and professional videos that give Combell a human face and that we can keep using for years. A success in every way!”
